Work with us.
If you are under 65 and not insured by your employer, you are eligible for plans under the Affordable Care Act. You could also be eligible for a tax credit.
As an licensed Independent Health Insurance Broker, we can offer you all plans on the state health exchange (YourHealthIdaho.org) and give you personalized and expert service.
Our goal is to make things a little easier for you and provide clear and accurate information that will help you confidently plan for your health and financial future and gain peace of mind.
Working with us costs you nothing. We are paid by the carriers and the service is included in the price of your plan.
We look forward to working with you!

What to expect.
At the beginning of our relationship:
Basics of Individual Health Insurance in Idaho: We will go over the process and how the system works. We will determine if you qualify for a tax credit and determine the plan and timeline for getting your new insurance in place.
Discuss Options: We will discuss your needs and expectations for your health insurance. It may be helpful for you to bring doctor names, network needs, and prescriptions to help steer our conversation. You will be presented with 3 options that will work best based on our conversation.
Apply: If you qualify for an advanced premium tax credit, we will do your tax credit application on Idalink.idaho.gov, set up and connect your Idalink and Yourhealthidaho.org accounts. We will need things like socials, birthdates, address and income information/estimate for 2022. If you do not qualify for a tax credit, we will do an application directly with the carrier.
Submit documents: During the year, you have 60 days from when you lost coverage to enroll in a new plan. This is called a "special enrollment period". We will need to submit documentation to show that you had coverage and when it ended.
Wait: If we applied for a tax credit, you will usually have to wait about a week for things to get processed.
Enroll: If we didn’t apply for a tax credit, we can skip to this step and enroll in a plan right away. If we did apply for a tax credit, we can enroll once your tax credit and documents are approved by YourHealthIdaho.
As our relationship continues:
Open Enrollment: Open Enrollment is every year from October 15 - December 7. This is when we can review your plans and make sure that they still fit your needs. Our team will reach out to you to remind you of the dates and offer to review your plans.
If you have a dental policy or a non-exchange policy, we can review your plan on your renewal date, which may be outside of Open Enrollment.
Your Resource: We are here to answers questions and be a resource in your corner. If there is something we can do to help you, we are happy to do it!
